ECOR Foundation Travel Grants for Conference Attendance

ECOR Foundation is excited to offer travel grants to support individuals who wish to attend international conferences, both within India and abroad. These grants are intended to assist researchers, academics, and professionals in covering travel and conference-related expenses, enabling them to advance their work, share knowledge, and build professional networks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be researchers, academics, or professionals intending to present at an international or national conference.
  
  

• The conference should be relevant to the applicant’s field of research or professional expertise.
  
  

• A valid justification for financial assistance must be provided, outlining how attending the conference will contribute to the applicant's academic or professional growth.
  
  

Grant Coverage:

The travel grant’s coverage will vary based on the individual application and the associated expenses. Typical expenses that may be covered include:

• Airfare or Train Tickets (Economy Class)
  
  

• Accommodation (Based on the location and duration of the conference)
  
  

• Conference Registration Fees
  
  

• Local Transportation Costs
  
  

• Meals and Miscellaneous Expenses
  
  

Applicants are required to submit a detailed expense breakdown as part of their application. The final grant award will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and the extent of coverage will depend on the nature of the conference, the applicant's need for support, and available funding.

Reimbursement Process:

The funds will be provided as reimbursement after all expenses have been incurred. Applicants must submit original receipts for the following:

Reimbursement will be processed after verifying the submitted receipts.

Acknowledgment of ECOR Foundation:

All successful applicants must agree to acknowledge ECOR Foundation in their conference materials, including posters or oral presentations. This should include displaying the ECOR Foundation logo and providing a special mention during the presentation.

To apply for the ECOR Foundation Travel Grant, applicants should submit:

2. A copy of the conference invitation or acceptance letter to confirm participation.
